Founded in 1987, EVA is now owned by the Irish Liffey Meats Group since 2018.
The 2019 turnover is €94 million, the workforce is about 215 people in total, of which 140 are employees
The main establishment is located in Saint-Pierre en Auge where slaughtering and part of the boning is performed, a second site near Caen is exclusively dedicated to boning.
Slaughter volumes in 2019 were 20,700 tons with 49,300 large cattle and 7,300 calves.
